Congratulations to Austin!

Please join us in congratulating Austin on being selected as our Employee of the Month! Austin consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to step in wherever he is needed. Most recently, he traveled out of town to support the team in meeting an important deadline, stayed an additional night without hesitation, and continued to deliver high-quality work. He was also recognized for his contributions to completing an underground project, maintaining productivity, and helping ensure the job was completed safely and successfully. His teammates have taken notice of his dedication, with one sharing, “Even being quite a bit older (and shorter), I still can’t help but look up to the guy. Wayyy up.” Another simply described him as “a workhorse.” Austin’s reliability, commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond make a meaningful impact on the team. Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending his free time outdoors. He loves fishing, crabbing, clamming, hunting, camping, rafting, and most things that involve being outside. He especially enjoys these activities with his family and is grateful to have a family that shares those same interests. He likes keeping life simple and making the most of the time he spends with the people he cares about.
