Silverline is the only company I will call for help! I bought an older house and on night one the basement flooded due to roots in the drainage. I called the next morning in a panic and within 2 hours Simon and Damian were making repairs. The techs are always really professional, informative and best of all is their attention to detail.

Simon did a great job for me. I had a Moen shower valve problem and he fixed it right up. I also had a broken hose bib and he got in my crawl space installed a new one. He was on time and extremely helpful. I will definitely use Silverline again

Called Silverline to resolve a plumbing issue with a underground leak coming from the main source of water to our house. Simon was our technician and he did an excellent job locating and fixing the leak. He was on time and did a thorough job to completion. Jay did an awesome job for us. He cut out and painted a piece of wood to fit under the kitchen sink. There had been a leak and it looked awful til he replaced it. He took off and replaced the fixtures on my louvered doors. They now hang properly and open/close with ease. He painted my bathroom ceiling and caulked the cracked ceiling in my kitchen. Best of all he called me back quickly and the work was completed in a timely fashion. He is cordial, pleasant and cleans up after himself, just like a professional should do. Amazing service. Called this morning about a plumbing issue and they were at my house and done by 11am that same day. Simon bricklayer and his apprentice were great. Very friendly and got the work done quickly. They did a great job. Will for sure use this company again.

Juan Ballesteros came out to fix two electrical issues I have been wanting fixed and he was so organized, clear in communication, friendly, and clean and did a very pretty and clean job!!!! he is the BEST when it comes to electrical - request him and you will be so happy with his work and your project! I will always call them for my electrical needs! Other men have come to my home from this amazing company and have also done great work - Hank with cleaning and fixing my propane fireplace!!! Then also Simon who came to fix my kitchen and laundry room sinks that were not flowing water very well - just all around amazing team and I highly recommend them all!
Simon came to give us a free quote to fix a broken valve to our shower. This quote was under other quotes. He was able to complete the job in the same day. He was very professional throughout the job and they cleaned up the area afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

We had Silverline bid a new HVAC system and replacement of two outdated electrical panels. The project manager, Adam, was a professional throughout the process. Shortly after my initial call, he came by to review the work and provided very competitive bids for each job. He promptly answered questions on scheduling and optional system upgrades. The panel install was completed soon after in a single day with no issues, and the HVAC install went just as smoothly. The HVAC team - led by the lead technician, Hank - showed up right on time, worked long hours to complete the job in one day, provided a thorough walk-through of the job and a tutorial of the new system, and left a spotless job site. The consistent quality of service from initial call to completion has earned Silverline another loyal customer.

I have called Silverline heating and air multiple times for multiple jobs. Every single time I was able to get an appointment very very quickly. I always receive a text that their technician is on the way. Hank, one of their service text that usually shows up is very knowledgeable, very polite And knows what he’s doing. Not only does he assess the problem, but he also make sure that work that was done previously (usually not by him) was done correctly. This always results in our machines running correctly and less of a chance for future issues. I will definitely continue to use Silverline and would always recommend them and their service technician Hank.

Called yesterday to get a quote for a gas hookup for my outdoor firepit. They came out same day to look at the job, and scheduled the work for today! I've never been so happy. Their professionalism and amazing service speaks for itself. I could not have been more impressed. Hank the service tech also went out of his way to install my new firepit (I felt this was outside of the scope of work), and test all of our gas appliances after the work. I'm definitely switching over to Silverline for all of my HVAC needs. Seriously, incredible service!
On February 2nd 2024 I had Silverline come to my step mom's house to do a diagnostic check on what was causing the outdoor unit to freeze up. This was after I had A1 refrigeration come and do the same thing. A1 charged $300 just to show up, they didn't do anything but try to sell my step mom a whole new unit inside and out. They said the unit was put in wrong and not big enough for the house!! None of which is True!! Then they wanted to charge $2,900 for a, "quick", fix. This is why I called Silverline! The best decision I could of made!! Hands down! Service Tech, Chris, I did not catch his last name. He came over 3 times Friday and fixed the defrost board, added some refrigerant, added a leak seal and double checked all the pressure were efficient. Took no time at all and only cost $700. Never call A1 refrigeration but Definitely Call Silverline!! Very helpful, honest and respectable to what you need. Thank You Silverline!!
Needed repairs done to our electric panel. Called them for a quote and they came out within a week. Their schedule for work was few weeks out but was not an issue for us. Adam the electrician was on time, professional and performed the work in a timely manner. We will call Silverline again for future work.
Excellent experience. Adam came by and gave a reasonable quote for getting some light fixtures and dimmer switches installed. Price was competitive, but far more important - he was timely, communicative, and went the extra mile (helped us test out light color settings to get to the one we liked best, gave us some other tips, did a bit extra to ensure a switch cover would fit in a tight spot) - great service overall. Will happily use Silverline again for electrical or other services.

They came in and examined our entire house, reviewed our inspection results and brought the house up to code. Our house is 50 years old, that is NOT a simple task! Highly Recommend! -- I needed a new 50amp circuit and receptacle for charging an electric car. I got a couple of quotes from around town. Silverline was not only less expensive, they were also able to come out and do the job sooner than everyone else. Marly, who answers the phone was especially helpful and easy to work with. She passed my questions on to the people who could answer them, and then promptly followed up to me with a phone call or email to keep my project moving. I will use them again.

AC went out during the summer and I was told up to 2 weeks by other companies but Silverline came out within a couple of hours and had me up in 1 hour. They didn't push to sell me a new unit but just got me up and going and the price was better than what I was quoted by others. Calling them first next time.
Silverline Plumbing and electric has been great.. I had a hot water heater go out. And one of the buildings on my storage facility the lighting was not working also. They were out the same day for both issues, had me back up and running the same day. I would highly recommend.

Mikel, the Plumbing Manager has come himself in order to meet our timeframe. They replaced a waterline between the house and street taking exceptional care to minimize landscaping damage and have also done several small plumbing jobs inside the house. The electrical wing of Silverline has been equally helpful with breaker replacement and lighting upgrades. I recommend Silverline wholeheartedly!
