Silverline is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This role oversees all aspects of HVAC project management, from initial client contact and estimating, through installation, and project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC project management, be detail-oriented, and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC project management and estimation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work, budget, and timeline
- Perform on-site inspections to assess project requirements and identify potential issues
- Prepare and submit project bids and proposals, including cost estimates, materials, and labor requirements
- Communicate project progress to clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans, budgets, and resources as needed
- Attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers as needed
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
